2010 Audi R8 used cars are one of the most sought after used sports car on the market today. The R8 is a two seated high performance vehicle and uses the Quattro all-wheel drive transmission. There are two models to choose from. The base model uses a V8, 4.2-litre engine and this produces 420 horsepower. There high performance model uses a V10, 5.2-litre engine and this produces 525 horsepower under the hood. Both R8 models have the R tronic, six-speed transmission or the manual six-speed transmission. Some of standard features that come with both R8 models are heated seats and leather upholstery. The high performance model has front and rear obstacle detection, navigation system, rear camera and the “Bang and Olufsen” audio system as standard equipment. Used cars like the R8 have antiskid control, traction control, knee airbags and side airbags as their safety measures. If you live in Canada this vehicle is substantially cheaper in the U.S. because of the High Canadian dollar.
